Our boiler started leaking and making loud noises on New Years day. I called Primeflow who arranged to come out this morning, 2nd Jan 2026. The engineer was running a little late and texted me to update me with his expected arrival time.
He diagnosed the problem and cleared out a blocked catch pot that had filled with scale, then retested everthing and made good. Very pleased with the prompt service, professionalism and knowledge of this engineer.
What could have been a bad start to 2026 turned out to be a good one as the heating is back on and we are reassured the boiler is working well now.
I would recommend Primeflow and call upon them again, without hesitation.

He was calm, kind and polite, an d explained the problem and the solution clearly, ensured I was ok and got on with doing an excellent job. Top notch service! Replaced an old lead water pipe and stop cock with all modern fittings (located in a hellish place with no mechanism to shut the water off either). Job was completed quickly and efficiently, with a high quality finish and all for a reasonable price. Will recommend.
